Child Safety Standards

Last updated October 21, 2026

Kriloop does not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation anywhere on the service. This page sets out what is prohibited, how to report it, and what we do when we receive a report. These standards are part of the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. One violation is enough for us to remove the content and permanently ban the account. On this page, a child is anyone under 18.

What is prohibited

  • child sexual abuse material in any form: photos, video, audio, text or drawings, including images that are AI-generated, edited or morphed;
  • sexualised content, comments or messages involving a child;
  • grooming: contacting or befriending a child in order to sexually abuse or exploit them, on Kriloop or anywhere else;
  • sextortion: asking a child for sexual images, or threatening to share sexual images of a child;
  • offering, advertising or soliciting a child for any sexual purpose, or trafficking a child;
  • sharing links to such material, or telling others where to find it; and
  • content that promotes, excuses or normalises the sexual abuse of children.

Who can use Kriloop

Kriloop is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Kriloop, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it. See section 2 of the Terms of Service.

How to report

In the app

On any post, comment, message or profile, open its ··· menu (in the mobile app you can also press and hold a message), choose Report, then Child safety. We do not tell the person you report who reported them.

By email

Write to grievance@kriloop.com. Include a link to the post, profile or Track, or describe where you saw it. Do not attach, forward or re-upload the material itself: sharing it is illegal, even to report it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (112 in India). You can also report directly to the authorities: in India, through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal; in the United States, through the NCMEC CyberTipline.

What we do when we receive a report

  • We review child-safety reports ahead of other reports.
  • We take content that breaks these standards out of view, so no one else can see it.
  • We permanently ban the accounts responsible.
  • We preserve the content and the related account records, securely and for as long as the law requires, so they can be provided to the authorities.
  • We report child sexual abuse material and child exploitation to the relevant authorities where the law requires it, including law enforcement in India and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.

Posts, comments, messages and images are also checked automatically for content that breaks our rules, as the Privacy Policy describes. What those checks find about a child is handled the same way.
