Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated June 18, 2026
One policy per purchase type. What you see at checkout is what applies — this page is the full version. All refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay (typically 5–7 business days) or, where the purchase used credits, back to your credit balance.
Live-session bookings (paid with credits)
- Cancel more than 12 hours before the session: full credit refund.
- Cancel within 12 hours of start: credits are forfeited.
- If the host cancels — or never shows up — you get a full refund plus a 20% credit bonus, automatically.
Cohorts (multi-week enrolment)
- Full refund any time before the cohort starts, and through the first week.
- After week one, refunds are prorated by the weeks remaining.
- Once a cohort has ended, enrolments are not refundable.
Channel memberships (recurring)
- Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and are simply not billed again.
- Monthly charges already made are not refunded pro-rata.
- To stop a recurring charge, cancel before the next renewal date; cancelling is the way to manage the recurring payment.
Credits
Credit top-ups are a prepaid balance, not a deposit, and are refundable only where the law requires or where we discontinue the service — see the Credits Terms. Unused top-up credits expire after 365 days of inactivity; credits held for an active booking are never expired mid-booking.
If the host or Kriloop is at fault
If a class, cohort or channel isn’t delivered as described, or Kriloop or a host cancels, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the windows above. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How to request a refund
Most refunds are automatic. If something went wrong with a payment, write to support@kriloop.comwith the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt and we’ll sort it out. We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within a month, per our Grievance Redressal process.
