Terms of Service
Last updated June 18, 2026
Kriloop is operated by Jodi Anoorabh LLP (“Kriloop”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Jodi Anoorabh LLP. By creating an account or using kriloop.com or the Kriloop app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Kriloop.
1. What Kriloop is
Kriloop is a social network where hosts run Tracks — purpose-driven communities organised by discipline — and members follow, join, post and attend them. A Track comes in one of three kinds: a free General Track, a paid recurring member Channel, or a paid time-boxed Cohort. Any Track can also run live sessions (free, or a paid drop-in on a General Track). Hosts are independent. Kriloop provides the platform; it is not the teacher, does not supervise sessions, and does not guarantee any result, outcome or income from any Track, session or membership.
2. Eligibility & your account
- Kriloop is for adults. By creating an account or using Kriloop you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Kriloop is not directed to children and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Don’t impersonate anyone or use another person’s account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or as described in our Account & Data Deletion policy. Deletion is permanent.
3. Rules of the platform — what you may not post or do
The Community Guidelinesare part of these Terms. In addition, and in line with India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not host, display, upload, share, transmit or publish any content or information that:
- belongs to another person and to which you do not have rights;
- is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy (including bodily privacy), harassing on the basis of gender, defamatory, racially or ethnically objectionable, related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful;
- is harmful to a child;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right;
- deceives or misleads about its origin, or knowingly communicates false or misleading information;
- impersonates another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any cognisable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or insults any foreign nation;
- contains software viruses or any code designed to disrupt, damage or limit any computer resource;
- is patently false or untrue and is shared to cause harm; or
- violates any law for the time being in force.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or the Community Guidelines, and we may archive or remove Tracks that violate them or the law. Where the law requires, we will preserve removed content and related records for the period mandated.
How we moderate. We review content with a combination of automated checks and human review, and anyone can flag content, profiles, Tracks or messages using the in-app Report button or by writing to our Grievance Officer. If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you the reason where we reasonably can, and you can ask us to reconsider or escalate through Grievance Redressal. We are not obliged to monitor everything proactively.
4. Your content & the licence you give us
You keep ownership of everything you post — your posts (“artifacts”), comments, profile, Track materials and recordings. To run the service, you grant Kriloop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and display), publish, publicly perform and display your content solely to operate, improve and promote Kriloop and the Tracks you take part in. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law and content others have already lawfully saved or shared within the service.
Live sessions may be recorded — see the Live Session & Recording Notice. We may moderate content but are under no obligation to monitor it.
5. Payments, memberships & credits
- Payments on the web at kriloop.com are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. Paid flows are currently available to payers in India only.
- Credits are a prepaid balance (1 credit = ₹1) usable only inside Kriloop. They are not money, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash except where the law requires. See the Credits Terms.
- Channel memberships bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Manage or cancel from your account settings.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Hosts & earnings
Anyone can run a free Track. To run paid formats and earn, you must complete host onboarding and accept the Host Terms. Kriloop retains a platform commission and deducts applicable taxes (e.g. tax at source under §194-O of the Income-tax Act) before paying out host earnings, as described in the Host Terms. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, refunds or chargebacks can lead to payouts being held pending review.
7. Acceptable use of the service itself
- Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, probe or interfere with Kriloop or its security.
- Don’t use bots to inflate followers, reactions, attendance or earnings.
- Don’t steer members to pay off-platform to avoid our fees, or otherwise circumvent payment obligations.
8. Disclaimers
Kriloop is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, classes or promises of hosts or other users. Fitness, wellness, coaching and similar content is subject to the Health & Advice Disclaimer — it is not professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kriloop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Kriloop in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Jodi Anoorabh LLP against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.
11. Governing law, disputes & grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to your non-waivable rights to approach a consumer forum where you live. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer — see Grievance Redressal. If you are not satisfied with how a grievance under the IT Rules is handled, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days, as explained there.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in-product. We will also remind you of these Terms and our Privacy Policy at least once a year. Continuing to use Kriloop after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: support@kriloop.com.
