Credits Terms
Last updated June 18, 2026
Credits are Kriloop’s prepaid balance for booking drop-in sessions and other pay-as-you-go features. These terms explain what credits are — and aren’t. They form part of the Terms of Service.
What credits are
- 1 credit = ₹1. You buy credits in advance and spend them inside Kriloop.
- Credits are a limited, personal licence to access features — not money, not a deposit, not a bank balance or stored-value instrument, and not property you own.
- Credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade or move them to anyone else or outside Kriloop.
Spending & refunds
- Credits are generally non-refundable for cash. When a booking is cancelled, eligible credits return to your balance under the Refund Policy.
- We refund the unused, spendable portion of your credit balance if we discontinue Kriloop or the credits feature, or where the law requires.
Expiry
Unused top-up credits expire after 365 days of inactivity. Credits held for an active booking are never expired mid-booking. We’ll remind you before credits are at risk of expiring.
Misuse & changes
- Credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse may be removed, and related bookings cancelled.
- Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for breaking the Terms or Community Guidelines.
- We may change how credits are priced or earned going forward; changes don’t reduce the spendable value of credits you’ve already bought.
Buying credits or any paid feature is currently available to payers in India only, and is processed by Razorpay.
